Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with ApexLord. We take pride in delivering premium-quality activewear and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The item must be returned in original condition

Products that fail quality checks will not be approved for return or exchange.


Refund Method
• All approved refunds will be credited only to the ApexLord Wallet.
• Refunds cannot be transferred to a bank account, card, UPI, or original payment method.
• Wallet credits can be used to reorder or exchange products on our website.


Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
• ApexLord does not offer direct exchanges.
• To exchange a product, you must initiate a return and place a new order using your ApexLord Wallet credit.


Return & Exchange Charges
• A flat ₹149 return/exchange handling fee will be deducted from the refund or wallet credit.
• This fee covers reverse pickup, quality inspection, and processing costs.
• No charges will be applied in cases of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item delivered


Shipping Charges
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Processing Time
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your ApexLord Wallet.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email us at apexlordindia@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the issue
• We will arrange a free replacement or full wallet refund, as applicable


How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at apexlordindia@gmail.com with your order number and return reason
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return pickup or shipment
3. After inspection, wallet credit will be issued if approved
